Pathfinder Property needed an identity for their new development Velocity Apartments. TL Design Co. jumped at the chance to be involved in this project, it's right in the heart of Perth’s most exciting urban revitalisation precinct, Cannington. This unique complex is a surprisingly affordable way to secure the best of Perth’s lifestyle. We developed a wide range of design material including; brand identity, brochures in both English and Chinese, signage, social media, advertising material (Adverts for newspapers and realestate.com), Site Sales Office interior/exterior design, Floorplans and Posters, Bannermesh/Site hoarding.
