Darkhorse has over 20 years of experience installing and working with high-end European kitchens, wardrobes and other home installation pieces, with national and international experience working with complex Italian, German and other European brands. Specialising in high-end residential fit-outs, the business has expanded to take on the role of a specialist when it comes to ideating, installing and managing high-end projects and has grown to incorporate more project management, delivery of products for clients, acting as a "middle man" so to speak servicing B2B and acting as an intermediary for business such as Ultimo Interiors, Sniderro, Pure Interiors, Boffi, Winnings / SubZero and so on. The brands in the industry all seem very 'same same' in terms of colour, aesthetic and mood. Our goal was to be loud, stand out from the crowd and have a brand that is not the norm for the space; bold, with a flash of brightness. Our approach was to create a high-end luxury identity disrupting the current market’s competitors and create a clever wordmark and a nice mixture of dark/bright colour tones; a strong brand, so adding colours to it is possible to evolve this in the future if/when the brand expands into other divisions. The brand identity design evokes and plays off its name and position in the market. Darkhorse is the ‘darkhorse’ of its industry; the man behind the man they are mysterious, which gives them an edge. "A person who keeps their interests and ideas secret, especially someone who has a surprising ability or skill." Definition of a Dark Horse - Cambridge Dictionary
